  • Return Policy
    Even though everything is printed custom order for you, we still will accept returns of anything that is unworn, unwashed, undamanged and is in resellable condition, less shipping charges, within 45 days of purchase. Refunds are made through the original payment method, and the customer is responsible for the shipping fee for the return. To initiate a return, please contact us.
  • Exchanges
    We do not accept direct exchanges. You may return the item for a refund, and make your purchase separately.
  • Defective shirt or incorrect shirt received.
    If there is a problem with your order, such as a defect in the print or cloth, or you received the incorrect shirt, style, color or size, please reach out to us and we'll get it straighted out. Depending on the issue, you may not even need to return it to us. If we do ask for you to return it, we would pay your shipping costs.
  • What if I need to make a change to my order?
    Once we send our order to the printshop, changes can no longer be made. We generally place a 2 hour hold on orders, so if you need to make a change, please email us within 2 hours with your order number, name, email address on the order and what you'd like to change, and we should be able to do that for you. If it's too late to make the change, you may still return the product after you receive it, provided it is unworn and in resellable condition and within 45 days of purchase.   • Payment Methods
    You can order from Shaolin Surfing Tees with a major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover), or with a Shaolin Gift Certificate. Sorry, we do not accept PayPal, money orders or personal checks. Charges will be made in US Dollars.
  • Coupon Codes
    You can get a coupon code by signing up to our New Shirt Notification at the bottom of every page. Additionally, if you sign up to be a member, you'll also be eligible for member discounts and contests. These are two separate mailing lists.
  • Where is my confirmation email?
    If you haven't received your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email, please check your junk mail. Sometimes our email will be incorrectly placed there. If it's not there, please contact us to inquire.
  • Gift Certificates
    Having trouble deciding what to pick out for a gift? Get them a gift certificate instead! If you purchased a gift certificate on our old website that you never used, please contact us with the gift certificate number and we'll provide you with an updated one that will work on this site.
  • Wholesale orders
    We currently do not take wholesale orders.
  • Shipping Methods and Costs
    Depending on your location, we use different shipping methods. Somtimes USPS, UPS or DHL. We do not offer any kind of express shipping, but offer a standard (2-5 days after shipping) and sometimes an econnomy (4-8 days after shipping). Once you enter your address, you'll be presented with the available shipping methods and the cost.
  • Order Tracking
    Once your package has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information.
  • Do you ship internationally? What about import taxes?
    We currently do not ship internationally. We are hoping to in the near future.
